This is a mid-level ERP functional interview. Ask for concrete implementation examples, not textbook ERP theory. When the candidate says they led a module, ask what exact configuration they owned, what business rule changed, and how success was measured after go-live. Use scenario follow-ups such as late requirement changes, failed UAT cycles, or stakeholder disagreement between finance and operations. Evaluate whether they can translate business pain points into ERP decisions while managing adoption risk.
